Azad Cavdar has extensive work experience in the field of electrical engineering and project coordination. Azad began their career as an intern at Limak Holding, where they gained valuable knowledge in electrical technician roles. Azad then moved on to work at various companies, including LIMAK CEMENT GROUP and VYM ENGINEERING, where they further honed their skills.

In 2014, Azad joined ASYA ELECTRIC (ICON HOTEL CONSTRUCTION) as an Electrical Engineering Technician, working on the ICON Tourism Hotel Project. Azad handled responsibilities related to guest room electrification and intelligent door systems.

From 2014 to 2015, they worked at Elzer Automation MFM Engineering as an Automation Engineer, contributing to the LMA Core Sand Preparation System Project, a joint venture project between Turkish and German investors.

In 2015, Azad joined Dorce Prefabricated Building and Construction Industry Trade Inc. as a Senior Electrical Engineer. Azad'snotable projects included the construction of a 4000-man integrated worker accommodation camp for the World Cup 2022 Stadiums and the construction of buildings for the Petronas Rapid Project.

In 2019, Azad joined ISKER Group as a Database Coordinator and later took on the role of Senior Electrical Engineer. Azad was responsible for managing electrical works, preparing drawings, and coordinating with subcontractors.

From 2021 to 2023, they worked at Tengizchevroil as an Information Coordinator and Project Engineer, contributing to the coordination and management of project activities.

Currently, Azad is employed at Crescent Petroleum as an Electrical and Instrumentation Engineer, starting in 2023.

Throughout their career, Azad has demonstrated strong technical skills and a commitment to project success.

Azad Cavdar completed their Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Technical University of Sofia from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Electric Electronic Engineering from Technical University Sofia between 2011 and 2014.

Before pursuing their Bachelor's degree, Azad studied English and Bulgarian Languages at the University of Technologies (UHT Plovdiv) from 2010 to 2011. Additionally, they also hold an Associate's degree in Electrical Engineering Technologies/Technicians, which they earned from Harran University from 2008 to 2010.

Azad's education journey began at Kurtalan CPL High School, where they studied Electrical/Electronics Maintenance and Repair Technology from 2003 to 2008.

In terms of certifications, Azad has acquired various qualifications to complement their education. Notably, they obtained a certificate in Electrical Engineering Simulation With ETAP from Udemy in April 2019. In February 2018, they received a Certificate of Recognition from Tengizchevroil, and in March 2016, they were awarded a Certificate of Appreciation by Dorce Prefabricated Building and Construction Industry Trade Inc. Furthermore, Azad received certifications in Allen-Bradley PLC Programming from Rockwell Automation in June 2015, Beijer HMI Programming And Design from Beijer Electronics in November 2014, and Fatek Plc Programming from Beijer Electronics in November 2014. Additionally, they hold a Bulgarian Language Certificate and an English Language Certificate from Plovdiv University, which they obtained in August 2012.
