Martha Bettis, CEP, currently serves as the Manager of Corporate Services at Crescent Energy, a position held since September 2024 following the merger of SilverBow Resources. With a comprehensive background in corporate services, Martha has held various roles at SilverBow Resources from February 2013 to September 2024, including Corporate Services Manager, Equity Plan Administrator, and Assistant Secretary. Prior to that, Martha worked at Swift Energy Company from August 2005 to February 2013 as Senior Corporate Paralegal and Assistant Secretary. Early career experiences include roles at Porter Hedges LLP and Maxxam Inc., starting as a Corporate Legal Secretary in 1992. Martha holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Education from Sam Houston State University and a Paralegal Certificate from Southwest Paralegal Institute.
