Shepherd Reynolds is a seasoned professional in the construction and architecture sectors, currently serving as Project Executive at Crescent Communities since July 2019, with prior roles as Senior Project Manager and Project Manager. Previously, Reynolds held positions as Preconstruction Manager and Project Manager at Barnhill Contracting Company from September 2015 to June 2019. Additional experience includes teaching as Adjunct Faculty at Central Piedmont Community College and serving as Senior Project Engineer at Balfour Beatty Construction Services US. An extensive career also includes leadership as Vice President of the Quality Assurance Group at Dansure and several roles at Construction Specialty Services, including Project Manager/Architectural Specialist. Early experience includes internship roles at LS3P Associates Ltd. with a focus on architectural research and design. Shepherd Reynolds holds a Master’s degree in Architecture from North Carolina State University and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Davidson College.
