Brian Natwick started their work experience in 1996 as a Project Manager at Balfour Beatty US. In 2003, they joined Skanska as a Senior Project Manager until 2005, when they moved to Moss & Associates as a Senior Development Manager. In 2006, they joined Crescent Communities, where they held various roles including Vice President of Development, President of the Multifamily division, and most recently, President and COO.

Brian Natwick attended the University of Florida from 1993 to 1997, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management. Later, in 2002 to 2003, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Queens University of Charlotte. Brian specialized in Leadership, studying at the McColl School of Business during this period.
