Chris Koeppen has extensive work experience in the glass and framing industry. Chris started their career as a Chemical Engineer at Sandel Glass in 1995 where they optimized and maintained proprietary glass-etching formula and ensured compliance with environmental regulations. Chris then became the Plant Manager in 1997, managing all aspects of operations and implementing performance metrics to improve efficiency.

In 2001, Chris joined Crescent Cardboard as the Manager of Technical Services, where they successfully established the company's glass division through market research, product development, and sourcing materials. Chris then transitioned to the role of Manager of Quality and Technical Services in 2003, resolving quality issues and establishing specifications for incoming and outgoing goods.

From 2010 to 2015, they served as the Manager of Purchasing, Quality, and Technical Services, responsible for managing the supply chain and analyzing product composition to reduce costs and improve product quality. Finally, Chris was appointed as the Vice President of Operations in 2015, where they currently oversee all operations at Crescent Cardboard.

Chris Koeppen earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering in Chemical Engineering from The University of Alabama in Huntsville during the period of 1989 to 1994.
