Kyle Smith MBA has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Kyle started their career as a Sales Associate at The Home Depot in 1999 before moving on to Lowe's Home Improvement in 2004, where they worked as a Commercial Sales representative. In 2010, they joined JPMorgan Chase N.A. and held the positions of Relationship Banker and Small Business Specialist. In 2016, they joined Regions Bank as a Financial Services Specialist. Currently, Kyle is working at Crescent Bank & Trust as a Market Development Representative, where they have been since 2017.

Kyle Smith MBA received their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree from Nicholls State University between 1997 and 2002, with a focus on Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Kyle then pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the University of Phoenix from 2008 to 2010. Later, between 2013 and 2015, they completed their Associate of Science (AS) degree in Process Technology at Nunez Community College.
