Mason North Carter has a long and successful career in the business industry. Mason North began their career in 1978 as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Aerojet General Corporation's HR International subsidiary. In 1980, they became the President and CEO of Metex Corp., where they created the strategy that earned an industry first, 5-year, 100% supply contract from Ford, positioned the company as a first-tier automotive components supplier, and licensed proprietary exhaust system technology to a Japanese partner. In 1992, they were appointed President and CEO of Kentile, Inc., and led the company out of bankruptcy in early 1994. From 1994 to 1996, they were the President of Product and Systems Group at Datatec Industries, where they led the successful penetration into and growth of the indirect channel market segment. From 2010 to 2014, they were the Founder and Managing Director of C-Level Wisdom, LLC, a boutique management consulting firm. Finally, from 2014 to 2018, they were the Co-Founder and Partner of MossCarter. In 2018, they became the President of Crescend Technologies, LLC, a premier manufacturer of RF Power Amplifiers.
Mason North Carter has an educational background that includes a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Fairleigh Dickinson University-Metropolitan Campus, a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from Rutgers University - Newark, and a high school diploma from Rutherford High School.
