Tomasz Rados currently serves as a Financial Officer at the European Innovation Council and SMEs Executive Agency (EISMEA) since January 2024. Prior to this role, Tomasz worked as a Financial Correspondent and Project Assistant for the European Commission from February 2022 to January 2024, contributing to the Directorate-General for Structural Reform Support. Tomasz has held various positions within European institutions, including membership in the Industry, Synergies & Enablers Coordination Team at the European Defence Agency and the Crisis Management and Planning Directorate at the European External Action Service. Additionally, Tomasz presided over Network PL, an association for Polish employees in international organizations, and worked as a Programme Manager and Policy Officer at the European Commission. Tomasz began the professional career at the Ministry of Economy and Labour, which later became part of several distinct ministries. Educational background includes a Master of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Warsaw.
