Jim Mason is an experienced sales and management professional with a strong background in the food service and retail industry. Currently serving as the Director of Food Service & Retail Sales at Creekstone Farms Premium Beef since March 2017, Mason previously held the position of Director of National Sales and Service at US Foods from January 1996 to January 2017. In that role, Mason managed a substantial national account sales portfolio worth $374 million, overseeing corporate profit and sales performance goals. Additionally, Mason developed and maintained an $87 million national accounts portfolio in Southern California, successfully negotiating contracts and fostering long-term customer relationships while mentoring junior staff. Jim Mason holds a degree from Central Connecticut State University.
