Aleš Ducháč has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2011 when they worked as an Organizer & Group Leader for Sprachcaffe. In 2012 and 2013, they worked as an Intern for PwC. In 2013, they also worked as an Associate Intern for Credo Ventures. In 2014, they worked as an Industry Analyst Intern for Google. From 2015 to 2018, they worked for Credo Ventures in various roles, including CFO, Associate, and Analyst. In 2018, they became a Board Observer for MANTA - Data Lineage Automation. Additionally, they are a Member of the Board of Directors for StarLift, a non-profit organisation backed by Czech technology companies.
Aleš Ducháč obtained a Bachelor's Degree in marketing and public relations from Charles University between 2008 and 2011. Aleš then pursued a Master's Degree in International Relations and Affairs from the same university from 2011 to 2015. During this time, they also took a year-long course in International Relations and Affairs at the University of Sussex. Additionally, Aleš holds two certificates from the Cambridge English Language Assessment: a Certificate in Advanced English and a First Certificate in English.
