Sherrill Dale has extensive experience in human resources and operational leadership, currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Credo since December 2019. Previously, Sherrill held the position of Director of Human Resources and Administrative Consultant at Siva Power from April 2012 to May 2021, contributing to organizational strategy development and overseeing administration. From 2000 to 2012, Sherrill was the Director of Operations for Social Benefit at Santa Clara University, playing a key role in the Global Social Benefit Incubator and managing a social entrepreneurship program. Earlier experience includes serving as Branch Manager at World Savings from 1992 to 2000, where Sherrill focused on operational efficiency and customer service. Educational background includes studies at De Anza College and Santa Clara University.
