Jie Yan is a data analyst with a master's degree in Financial Engineering from NYU Tandon School of Engineering and an undergraduate degree in Mathematics from UC Santa Barbara. Since February 2019, Jie has been working at CreditSights, focusing on data analysis. Previous experience includes a data analyst intern role at PrimeAlpha, where Jie cleaned extensive fund-related data and performed statistical analyses, as well as a short internship at Barnum Financial Group conducting research on life insurance demand. Additionally, Jie interned as a quantitative analyst at Beijing Ruigu Investment Co., Ltd., analyzing futures index data, and also worked as a grader for an astronomy class at UC Santa Barbara.
