Susan Coniglio-Callahan has over three decades of work experience. Most recently, they have been serving as the Head of Collections and Recovery at Mercury® Financial since August 2021. Prior to that, they worked at JPMorgan Chase & Co. for over two decades, holding the position of Executive Director of Risk Management. Before joining JPMorgan Chase & Co., Susan worked at the First National Bank of Chicago, First Card Services, where they were responsible for Operations Management. Susan began their career at Blackhawk Limited as an Operations Manager.

Susan Coniglio-Callahan studied Economics at Stony Brook University.
