Karl Källberg has extensive experience in decision science and analytics, currently serving in the Group Analytics team at Creditsafe since March 2018, focusing on Decision Intelligence, which merges data science with behavioral sciences. Källberg previously held significant roles, including Board Member at Northmill Bank and Head of Group Business Analytics and Optimization at Intrum, where responsibilities included managing highly skilled teams, developing over 100 collection scorecards, and reporting to C-level executives. Earlier career highlights include leading model and product development at UC AB and various risk management roles at SEB, where contributions were made to the Basel II projects and model development for the Nordic countries. Källberg's background also encompasses research positions in the labor market sector and analytical roles in both Swedbank and the Swedish Public Employment Service. Källberg holds an educational background from Stockholm University.
