Licinio Pina has held significant leadership roles in the financial sector since January 2008, serving as the President of the Executive Board of Caixa Central de Crédito Agrícola and as the President of the Board of Directors of Crédito Agrícola SGPS. Additionally, Licinio Pina is the non-executive President of the Board of Directors of Caixa de CA da Serra da Estrela and has been the President of the Board of Directors of Crédito Agrícola Seguros e Pensões since January 2015. Academically, Licinio Pina has completed various executive education programs at Nova School of Business and Economics, focusing on finance and corporate governance, and holds a Master's degree in Portuguese Economy and International Integration from INDEG-ISCTE Executive Education. Licinio Pina also has a postgraduate specialization in Economics from Iscte - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa and a degree in Forest Resource Engineering from Escola Superior Agrária, Instituto Politécnico de Coimbra.
