Ranjan Kar has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Ranjan currently works as the Assistant Vice President of Information Technology at CreditAccess Grameen Limited since 2019. In this role, they have been involved in various projects, including the successful design and implementation of a customer onboarding platform and the introduction of retail products. Ranjan has extensive knowledge in IT project implementation, digital transformation, core banking systems, and credit underwriting and disbursement automation.

Prior to their current role, Ranjan was the General Manager of Information Technology at CreditAccess Asia N.V. from 2018 to 2019. Ranjan served as the Group Project Head of Information Technology at Aranyani Atelier from 2016 to 2018, where they were involved in setting up the IT infrastructure in AWS cloud-based architecture.
