Karen Beard is an experienced executive in the financial services industry, currently serving as the Chief Member Experience Officer and Chief Distribution Officer at Credit Union SA since October 2016. Previously, Karen held various leadership roles at People's Choice Credit Union from December 2010 to September 2016, including Digital Sales Manager and Regional Manager for both Melbourne & ACT and Central regions. Karen's career began at Australian Central, where the role of National Contact Centre Manager was undertaken from July 2004 to December 2010. Educationally, Karen earned an MBA from the University of South Australia between 2006 and 2009.
