Lisa R Green has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Lisa R began their career as an International Marketing Assistant for the State of Michigan, where they promoted Michigan Specialty product companies at state fairs, trade shows, and tours. Lisa R then worked at JPMorgan Chase for 25 years, where they held the position of Vice President - Manager. In this role, they led and coached entry-level and professional personnel, contributing to customer base growth, retention, and profitability. Lisa R'sexpertise in financial institution transactions, controls, and compliance was instrumental in achieving revenue growth and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Currently, Lisa is employed at Credit Union ONE, where they have held various roles since 2014. Lisa R started as the Director of Retail Services, overseeing the branch network's management, staff, and sales goals. Subsequently, they served as the IT Business Analyst Manager, managing a team and implementing IT solutions to address business needs. Currently, Lisa holds the position of Vice President of Innovation & Implementation, where they are responsible for driving new business strategy and innovation through the implementation of information technology solutions.

Lisa R Green obtained their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English Language and Literature/Letters from Michigan State University. Lisa R pursued their studies at the university from 1984 to 1988.
