Prasanta Pal is an experienced technology leader in the financial services industry, currently serving as Executive Director and Head of CRB US Quant Development at UBS since January 2024. Prior to this role, Prasanta held the position of Head of Principal Trading Products Technology at Credit Suisse, where leadership of the ETF Nitro platform was a key responsibility. Prasanta's career at UBS began in 2006, progressing through various technical roles involving the development of trading applications and client-facing analytical tools. Educationally, Prasanta earned a B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from Dr. B R Ambedkar National Institute of Technology, Jalandhar, in 2003.
