Rich Adams serves as President & CEO of Credit Management Association since November 2022, providing vision and leadership in the business credit information industry. As CEO of Southwest Business Credit Services since August 1992, Rich ensures the organization remains at the forefront of its field. Additionally, involvement includes being a Board Member at Gateway Bank AZ, a current Board Member and past Chairman of the City of Mesa's Economic Development Advisory Board, and a member of Phoenix Rotary 100. Rich's past roles include serving as past Board Chair and Treasurer for Visit Mesa and as Chairman of the Steering Committee for MesaPlays, advocating for youth and amateur sports in the community. Prior experience encompasses board membership with the Greater Phoenix Economic Council and a directorship at The O'Malley Companies.
