Jules Bean is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in engineering management and innovation. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Credit Karma since January 2021, Jules has previously held key positions such as Chief Innovation Officer and Chief Technology Officer at Equals from August 2014 to October 2020. With a foundational career as Technical Director and Head Of Technology at FairFX between September 2006 and August 2014, and earlier roles including Research Assistant at Queen Mary, University of London from 2004 to 2005, and Programmer at Logica in 1994, Jules possesses a strong background in both practical and research settings. Academically, Jules holds a BA in Mathematics from the University of Cambridge and a PhD in Computer Science from Queen Mary University of London.
