Tanju ALKAS has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Tanju started their career as a Marketing Intern at LG Electronics in 2009. In 2010, they interned as a Sales & Marketing Intern at vdf and later served as a Category Management Intern at L'Oreal Turkey. In 2011, they participated in the Talent Camp Spring program at Garanti Bank before joining the bank as a Corporate Banking Marketing Associate. Tanju was responsible for managing a portfolio of 1.8 Billion USD, sales and marketing of banking products, and fostering personal relationships with clients. In 2014, they became a Customer Relationship Manager at Garanti Bank and eventually transitioned to the role of Account Manager Corporate Banking (CL&SC). Currently, they serve as the Head Of Treasury Sales at Credit Europe Bank N.V.

Tanju ALKAS completed their high school education at Darüşşafaka High School from 1998 to 2007. Tanju then pursued their undergraduate studies at Istanbul Bilgi University from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a BSc in Economics and Management as part of the Honour Program. Additionally, they attended The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) from 2008 to 2011, where they obtained a BSc in Economics and Management. In 2008, they also attended a Summer School program at the University of Europe for Applied Sciences focusing on Green Business and Green Marketing in Iserlohn, Germany.
