Ozgur Koc has a diverse range of work experience. Ozgur started their career as a Senior Software Engineer at IBTECH A.S., where they received an "Outstanding Performance Award" for their exceptional contributions. During their time there, they developed enterprise software using Java, C#, API, and web services.

Ozgur then moved on to Enpara.com Digital Banking, where they held two roles. First, as Digital Channels & Marketing Product Manager, they shaped the customer experience for digital channels and led initiatives related to digital onboarding and customer acquisition. Additionally, they executed all in-house digital marketing campaigns and achieved notable results such as reducing cost-per-acquisition and increasing conversion. Later, as the Head of Digital Marketing and CRM, Ozgur implemented successful digital marketing campaigns and strategies, resulting in increased customer loyalty and retention.

Currently, Ozgur is the Head of Digital Banking at Credit Europe Bank N.V. In this role, they successfully launched a new mobile and online banking platform for both retail and corporate banking. Ozgur demonstrated strong leadership skills as the lead product owner, guiding cross-functional teams. Overall, Ozgur's work experience showcases their expertise in digital banking, marketing, and software development.

Ozgur Koc has a diverse education history. Ozgur obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Education & Education Technology from Boğaziçi University, where they studied from 2004 to 2009. In 2010, they pursued further education and completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Özyeğin University, finalizing their studies in 2012.

In 2017, Ozgur Koc enrolled in the Data Science Certificate Program at Koç University, successfully completing the program in 2018. Alongside their academic achievements, they have also obtained the Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) certification, offered by the Scrum Alliance, in December 2019.
