Tridib Kundu began their work experience as an Associate at Capgemini in October 2017 and worked there until March 2019. Following this, they worked as a Market Research Intern at Mendine Pharmaceuticals Pvt Ltd from April 2021 to June 2021. Currently, they are working as an Analyst at CareEdge Group starting from May 2022.

Tridib Kundu completed their Bachelor of Commerce degree specializing in Accounting from Prafulla Chandra College. Tridib pursued this program from 2013 to 2016. Subsequently, they enrolled at the Management Development Institute Murshidabad and is currently pursuing a Post Graduate Program in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General Management. This program began in 2020 and is expected to be completed by 2022.
