Rajat Jain has work experience in various roles and organizations. In 2023, they worked as an Analyst at CareEdge Group. Prior to that, in 2022, they were a Transaction Advisory Intern at Plutus Business Advisory. In 2021, Rajat worked as an Equity Research Analyst at Finlatics and also served as a Student Coordinator at Rotaract Club of IMNU from August 2021 to August 2022.

Rajat Jain completed their Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree from the University of Rajasthan from 2018 to 2021. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance, General at the Institute of Management, Nirma University from 2021 to 2023. Alongside their formal education, Rajat also obtained several additional certifications. In 2021, they completed "Fundamental Analysis" from Finology Ventures Pvt. Ltd., and in 2022, they obtained certifications in "Bloomberg Market Concepts (BMC)" from Bloomberg LP, "Financial Modeling Foundations" from LinkedIn, and "The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing" from Google.
