Frederic Germane has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several years. Frederic began their career in 1998 as a Software Developer for SIDEXA, where they designed and implemented a web GUI for a graphical quotation tool. Frederic then worked as an IT Specialist for BRED Banque Populaire, specializing in IBM WebSphere Application Server for the development of a new website project. In 2000, Frederic worked as a Software Developer for CREDIT AGRICOLE TITRES in their Custody Services division.

In 2001, Frederic joined ORANGE France as an Integration Architect, contributing to the implementation of the first multi-channel portal for the company's website. Frederic later moved on to ORANGE S.A. as an Integration Architect, overseeing the technical integration of a project stream and providing level 3 support for production in a global multi-devices services platform involving multiple countries.

From 2004 to 2006, Frederic took on the role of an Integration Architect for Societe Generale (Retail banking), where they designed and developed an SOA gateway and web services registry using technologies such as IBM DataPower, IBM WSRR, Tomcat, Spring, and Hibernate. In 2007, they worked as a Performance Engineer for GENERALI in the insurance industry.

In 2009, Frederic joined IBM as the Lead Architect for EDELIA, a project within the EDF Group focused on developing an innovative tele-services platform for electricity consumption control. Frederic'sresponsibilities included solution design and team management. Frederic also served as a Software Architect for Societe Generale, contributing to the design and development of an SOA gateway and a web services registry.

From 2011 to 2016, Frederic worked at Societe Generale Corporate and Investment Banking (SGCIB) in various roles, including IT4IT Architect and Enterprise Architect - Cloud Computing Leader. In these positions, they were responsible for developing and implementing cloud strategies, collaborating with infrastructure, security, and legal/compliance teams, and negotiating with cloud vendors. Frederic was also involved in the Continuous Delivery transformation program, leading the "Foundations" stream and driving IT teams' adoption of Continuous Delivery practices.

Frederic's most recent role is as the Cloud Lead Architect at Crédit Agricole CIB, where they continue to leverage their expertise in cloud technologies to drive architectural solutions and initiatives.

Frederic has extensive experience working with large financial institutions and leading cross-functional teams in the design and implementation of innovative solutions.

Frederic Germane attended IMT Atlantique from 1994 to 1998, where they obtained an Engineer's Degree in Information Technology/Software Engineering. Frederic also attended Lycee Gay Lussac, Limoges, although the specific years and degrees obtained are unknown. In terms of additional certifications, Frederic obtained the AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in December 2022. Frederic also obtained the IT4IT Foundation certification from The Open Group in 2017 and the TOGAF 9.1 certified certification from The Open Group in 2013.
