Angela Dominici is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate, civil, and commercial law. Currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel at Credit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank since April 2015, Angela specializes in advising on capital market and financing transactions, including export trade finance, while also assessing legal risks. Previously, Angela worked at Dexia Crediop from August 2005 to April 2015 in various capacities, including Senior Lawyer in the Public & Structured Finance Department, where responsibilities encompassed the drafting and negotiation of complex financial documents and contracts, managing relations with regulatory bodies, and overseeing public entity debt management. Angela holds a Laurea Magistrale in Giurisprudenza with a focus on Financial Law from Luiss Guido Carli University.
