Romina Paredes Tello has extensive work experience, starting in 2003 as a Marketing Chief at Adexus Perú, where they were responsible for planning and executing the company's marketing plan and managing the budget. Romina later worked as a Marketing Chief at IncaSur, where they handled strategic planning, budget administration, and managed a team of seven marketing executives.
In 2006, Romina joined Cisco as the Marketing Operations Leader for Latin America, where they played a role in designing and developing marketing initiatives for the region and managing the budget. Romina then progressed to become the Regional Marketing Manager for Central America, Northern South America, and the Caribbean, overseeing the creation and execution of the annual marketing plan.
Moving on to Alicorp in 2020, Romina took on the role of Change Management Manager, contributing to the company's change management efforts until 2022.
Currently, Romina works at Credicorp Capital as the Regional Marketing Director and Customer Experience CoE Leader, a position they have held since 2022.
Romina Paredes Tello completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management from UQAM | Université du Québec à Montréal from 2019 to 2021. Romina also pursued a Program on Leading Organization and Change from MIT Sloan Executive Education in 2020. In 2013-2014, they obtained a Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership from Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola. Additionally, they completed a Specialist degree in Human Resources from Escuela Para Ejecutivos de la UPC in 2000-2001 and a Technical professional degree in the Career of Enterprise Marketing from ISIL Aprende Haciendo in 1991-1996. Romina Paredes Tello has obtained certifications in various areas such as innovative customer service techniques, change management, design thinking, leading change, body language for leaders, social media marketing ROI, and Google Analytics.
