Seema Desai is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and technology consulting. Currently a Partner at Credera since February 2015, Desai has progressed through various roles including Principal, Senior Manager, and Manager, providing expert advice to a diverse range of clients from Fortune 1,000 companies to emerging leaders. Prior to Credera, Desai served as Practice Manager for Cardiology at NorthShore University HealthSystem from October 2011 to January 2015 and worked as an Associate at Diamond Management & Technology Consultants from August 2005 to May 2009. Seema Desai holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and Economics from Northwestern University.
