Lauren Sheehan currently serves as a Partner at Credera, a global consulting firm, since February 2021, where transformational consulting capabilities and technology expertise are leveraged to enhance customer experiences and growth. Prior to this, Lauren held the position of EVP and Head of Design at MERGE from March 2017 to January 2021, leading the Experience Design team in the West region to create impactful digital user experiences through human-centric design. As the Founder and Chief Creative Officer of Merge Design + Interactive from 2003 to 2017, Lauren built a reputable company that integrated design and technology, nurturing collaborative efforts among talented professionals. Earlier in the career, Lauren was a Senior Designer at Schawk Inc. from 2003 to 2005, responsible for creative concepts for various brands. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Visual Communications from Washington University in St. Louis, obtained in 2002.
