Samir brings with him over 17 years of insightful experience and a proven track record of formulating and implementing successful business strategies across organizations. Samir has an innate knack and a long-standing experience of strategic financial decision-making, financial management and planning, financial restructuring, fund raising, business valuation and taxation. Samir has driven business integration, transformation & re-engineering of start-up business models across India, South Asia, Middle East & North Africa.
As Director - Finance & Corporate Services at Dun & Bradstreet India, Samir has been instrumental in identifying and tapping business opportunities and creating significant value for shareholders. He was actively involved in investment decisions to drive business growth by creating several IPR-based products in Technology & Analytics domain and adding new business lines. Samir has been a key enabler of multiple M&A transactions including Investments in Joint Ventures, Management Buyout and Divestitures. Earlier in his career, Samir was seconded to Unilever Gulf by Price Waterhouse Coopers (PwC), India with the responsibility of managing its UAE operations.
