Nafeesa Khandwala

Nafeesa brings 29 years of leadership expertise to the organization–launching, merging and directing customer relationship management strategies and operations in the finance and accounting sector. The scope of her career encompasses healthcare and telecommunication verticals and includes diverse and specialized deployments in the insurance billing, claims adjudication, document management and payment processing functionality critical across those landscapes.

In 1988, she began her career in receivables management with an emphasis on accounting–but expanded that focus to operational and executive leadership roles that ultimately led to a concentration on customer relationship management for globally deployed BPO organizations.

Ms. Khandwala is responsible for growing the firm’s footprint in the healthcare sector through acquisition initiatives that find companies with service or technology capabilities that improve billing, claims processing and compliance.
