Heshma Daryanani, DTM, is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and human resources. Currently serving as a Senior Executive for Lateral Recruitment at Credence Global Solutions since July 2023, Heshma specializes in end-to-end recruitments for US Healthcare and Telecom while also mentoring team members. Previously, Heshma held roles including Area Director and Founder at Hadapsar Toastmasters Club, where efforts focused on team collaboration and mentoring new joiners. Past experience includes talent acquisition at eClerx and various HR roles at Credence Global Solutions and The-Connections, complemented by an internship in marketing at Amul. Heshma holds a Digital HR Transformation & People Analytics degree from XLRI Delhi-NCR and an MBA with a focus on HR & Marketing from ICFAI Business School.
