Thomas Siwik is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in risk management, corporate development, and compliance within the financial services sector. Currently serving as Head of Corporate Development, Compliance & HR at CredaRate Solutions GmbH since March 2020, Thomas focuses on developing software-as-a-service solutions, establishing strategic partnerships, and enhancing internal compliance processes. Prior to this role, Thomas was a Partner at PwC from June 2015 to February 2020, leading a team in risk management advisory, and held a similar position at Deloitte from August 1999 to May 2015, where Thomas managed a larger team and specialized in risk assurance. Early career roles included teaching positions at the University of Bielefeld and Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität Bonn, as well as programming work at CSFB.
