Saarthak Jain is a skilled backend engineer with extensive experience in software development and engineering roles. At CRED since November 2022, Saarthak has designed the Courier Allocation Engine, significantly improving the onboarding process for new couriers and processing over 100K shipments. Prior experience at PayPal included leading a major integration migration project that enhanced request latency by 46% and automating resource reclamation processes, while earlier roles involved API development and optimization. Saarthak also interned at Flipkart, developing a Gitbot for pull request reviews, and contributed to an atlas system during a summer internship at Bhaskaracharya Institute. Saarthak holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from BITS Pilani, Hyderabad Campus, completed in 2021.
