Bharathi Rajan has extensive experience in data science and operational excellence, currently holding a position in Data Science at CRED since January 2020. Prior to this, Bharathi worked in RIVIGO from April 2017 to January 2020 in a similar field. Bharathi's career also includes significant leadership roles at Dufil Prima Foods Plc. - Tolaram Group, where responsibilities ranged from Head of Six Sigma Implementation to Technical Coordinator, ensuring efficient operations and continuous improvement in manufacturing processes. Bharathi holds a Post Graduate Program in Operations Management and Finance from the Indian School of Business and a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering from Anna University Chennai.
