As President of 23 Health since 2009, Wagner oversees a consultancy and family office with active investments in biotech, digital health, genomics, and immunology. Currently serving as CEO and Board Chair of ImmunoFlex, Wagner focuses on improving immune system success rates. Wagner has held various board roles, including Board Observer positions at Melio Peptide Systems and Creatus Biosciences, and is a former Board Member at Filament Health. Previous leadership roles include founding Imagia Canexia Health and serving as CEO of EMERALD HEALTH THERAPEUTICS INC. and Sirius Genomics. With an educational background in organic chemistry from The University of British Columbia and corporate governance qualifications, Wagner combines scientific expertise with strategic leadership.
