Nick Almond has a long and successful career in the media industry, beginning with their role as Circulation Manager at Euromoney in 1994. Nick then moved to Time Warner Inc. in 1995, where they held the positions of Marketing Manager and Direct Marketing Manager. In 1999, they joined The Walt Disney Company as a Senior Manager, Marketing Manager, and Associate Marketing Manager. In 2005, they joined Citigroup as Vice President of Innovation Strategy and Partnerships and Vice President of Strategic Alliances. In 2008, they moved to Kaplan as Vice President of Enterprise Educational Platforms and Vice President and General Manager of Digital Media. In 2013, they joined The Princeton Review as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Product Management and Digital. In 2014, they started working at RocketSpace Inc. as Head of RocketU and Consultant, and at CreatorUp! as Chief Operating Officer and Board Advisor. In 2015, they joined Singularity University as Managing Director and Consultant.
Nick Almond attended the University of Stirling from 1990 to 1994, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business. Nick then attended the UCLA Anderson School of Management from 1997 to 1999, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration in Marketing, International Business and Digital/Emerging Technologies. In 2010 and 2011, they attended the Kaplan Leadership Academy / WhatIf?! Innovation Program. In 2015, they completed an Executive Program in Innovation and Emerging Technologies at Singularity University.
