Stephen Sebro has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Stephen is currently serving as a Consulting CTO & Strategic Advisor at Creator Nova since December 2021. Prior to that, they worked at The New York Times as a Sr. Engineering Manager, responsible for leading the Subscriber Experience Personalization team and the Home team. Stephen has also led other teams such as Messaging and Personalization, the Newsletter team, Sustainability/Strike team, and the Mobile NewsReader team during their tenure at The New York Times. Before joining The New York Times, Stephen worked at AGCO Corporation as a Platform Lead Engineer, Lead Software Engineer, and Senior Software Engineer. Stephen also served as a Product Manager at Lot81 Technologies and worked as a Software Engineer at Evri/Sportstream INC and mFoundry. Stephen also has experience as a Founder at Brownian Motion and worked as a Summer Analyst at Goldman Sachs.

Stephen Sebro attended Stanford University from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics. Additionally, during the same period, they also attended the Stanford University d.School to study Creativity and Innovation, but it is unclear whether they obtained a degree in this field.
