Joshua Haas has extensive work experience in various sales and consultancy roles. Joshua began their career in 1999 as a Section Manager at Hallmark Cards and later worked as a CRM Manager/Marketing Manager at Martin Tractor. In these roles, they were responsible for managing CRM systems, conducting market research, and overseeing marketing promotions and advertising.

In 2009, Joshua transitioned into the insurance industry and joined New York Life Insurance Company as an Agent. Joshua conducted meetings with clients to analyze their needs and presented potential solutions.

From 2010 to 2012, they worked as a Group Benefit Consultant at Century Health Solutions, where they provided effective and affordable employee benefit solutions to clients.

In 2012, Joshua joined Athene USA as a Sales Support Specialist II. Joshua educated agents on new products, mentored new marketers, and managed special projects related to Diversity and Inclusion.

Currently, Joshua is working at CreativeOne as an Annuity Sales Consultant, responsible for retaining and recruiting independent insurance agents. Joshua provides product knowledge, case design, and promotional support to help agents build their practice and generate new business for the company.

Joshua Haas attended Washburn University from 1996 to 1999, where they pursued a degree in Business with a focus on Management and Marketing.
