Carina Polomsky began their work experience in 2014 with an internship in Quality Management at Tchibo. In 2015, they completed an internship in Product Management at ABOUT YOU GmbH. From 2017 onwards, they joined The Creative Club, starting as a Working Student in Shopmanagement and later progressing to the roles of Product Owner, Teamlead Product Owner, and currently holds the position of Head of Digital Products.

Carina Polomsky completed a Master of Science (MS) degree in Management from Kuehne Logistics University from 2017 to 2019. In 2018, they also participated in an exchange semester at Stellenbosch University. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Bekleidungs-, Technik-, Management from Hamburg University of Applied Sciences, where they studied from 2012 to 2016. In 2008 to 2009, Carina had an exchange high school year at Ballenas Secondary School in British Columbia, Canada.
