Melinda Bryant is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and leadership roles. Currently serving as Senior Director of Strategic Initiatives at Creative Testing Solutions since November 2021, Melinda has previously held the position of CEO/President at MT Bryant, Inc. from July 2015 to November 2021. Melinda's career includes significant contributions as Managing Director at IT Synergistics, where collaboration among six Blood Centers was fostered to develop innovative business and IT solutions. Additionally, Melinda served as Director of Project Management at Mississippi Valley Regional Blood Center, overseeing critical projects such as the implementation of a new Blood Bank Computer System and the development of a Disaster and Business Recovery Plan, and also held the role of VP, Donor Recruitment. Melinda Bryant holds a BS in Administrative Management from Clemson University and a Master's in Project Management from Colorado Technical University.
