Victor Neo is an experienced project manager currently working at Creative Technology since July 2017. Prior to this role, Victor held the position of Technical Supervisor (Staging) at Resorts World Sentosa from March 2010 to July 2017 and served as Operations Manager at RiTZ Technical Asia from October 2007 to March 2010. Victor has a degree in Chemical & Pharmaceutical Technology, specializing in Petroleum Technology/Technician, obtained from Nanyang Polytechnic between 2002 and 2005.
