Ramkumar P is an experienced program manager currently at Creative Synergies Group since July 2023, previously serving as a project manager at the same company from January 2022 to June 2023 with expertise in heavy engineering structural design, sheet metal design, and welding. Prior to this, Ramkumar P worked at Cyient as a technical manager from February 2018 to December 2021, providing technical guidance to the interior and cabin design team while managing team dynamics. Ramkumar P also served as a senior lead at Hinduja Tech Limited for over 11 years, specializing in vehicle integration and suspension systems for commercial vehicles, including concept and detailed design for the 12X12 Defence NRS suspension. Ramkumar P holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bharathidasan University, earned between 1997 and 2001.
