Kristi McSween currently serves as the Senior Manager of Marketing & Design Services at Creative Materials Corporation since September 2021. Prior to this, Kristi held the position of Branch Manager at Florida Tile, Inc. from July 2020 to September 2021, where resource allocation and strategic brand awareness initiatives transformed a struggling operation into a profitable business. From 2004 to February 2020, Kristi was the Director of Business Development at Ceramic Technics, Ltd., responsible for driving revenue growth through securing new business and managing client and vendor relationships while also overseeing major projects. In addition, Kristi held the role of Director of Customer Service & Imports, where coaching customer service teams and managing full lifecycle projects were key responsibilities.
