David Giannandrea has a diverse work experience in financial and accounting roles. David began their career as a Research Analyst at Nova Scotia Business Inc. (NSBI) in 2006. David then worked as a Marketing and Public Relations Intern at Medusa Medical Technologies in 2007 before moving on to GAM Fund Management Limited, where they served as a Valuations & Settlements Administrator and Pricing & Corporate Actions Administrator from 2007 to 2009.

In 2010, David joined bluArc Hosted Business Phone & Internet Services as an Accountant. David held this position for six years before transitioning to Lépine in 2016 as a Senior Accountant. After two years, David joined numbercrunch inc. in 2018 as their Controller. David then moved to Canvaspop in 2020, where they worked as a Senior Financial Controller until July 2021.

Most recently, David has taken on the role of Senior Financial Controller at Creative Layer, starting in August 2020. Throughout their career, they have showcased their expertise in financial and accounting management, demonstrating their proficiency as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Management Accountant (CMA).

David Giannandrea, CPA, CMA attended Dalhousie University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree. David also attended CMA Ontario, where they earned the designation of Chartered Professional Accountant, Certified Management Accountant (CPA, CMA). In addition to their degrees, David Giannandrea has obtained a Not-for-Profit Certificate from the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada in December 2021.
