Jonathan Garcia is an experienced Information Technology Associate at Creative Electron, Inc. since June 2022, responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of various software and hardware, as well as developing network troubleshooting strategies and enhancing data security policies. Prior to this role, Jonathan served as a Client Service Technical Support Engineer at AbacusNext, providing technical support in a virtual environment. Jonathan's military background includes serving as a Combat Engineer in the United States Marine Corps, where supervision and engineering solutions were key responsibilities. Additionally, Jonathan completed the Microsoft Software and Systems Academy, a program designed for veterans transitioning into the IT industry. Currently pursuing an Associate's degree in Cyber Security at MiraCosta College, Jonathan combines technical expertise with practical experience in diverse environments.
