Kristína Fučková is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in strategic planning and talent acquisition. At Creative Dock since April 2024, Kristína has taken on the role of Human Resources Business Partner. Prior to this, Kristína served as a Human Resources Business Partner at Notino from February 2021 to April 2024, where notable achievements included increasing the offer acceptance rate from 70% to 92% and reducing time to hire by 40%. Kristína also contributed significantly to hiring initiatives, successfully recruiting 80 individuals in a single quarter and redesigning hiring processes for optimal efficiency and candidate experience. Earlier career experience includes a role as a Human Resources Generalist at PETRAMED, focusing on HR administration and employee engagement strategies. Kristína holds an MSc in Strategic Human Resources Management from The University of Huddersfield and is pursuing Level 7 CIPD Qualifications. Additionally, Kristína has a Bachelor's degree in Management and Economics from Tomas Bata University in Zlín.
