Sheila Rolston

Director, Wellness & Sustainability at Creative Dining Services

Sheila Rolston, RDN, has extensive experience in the dietary and wellness sector, currently serving as the Director of Health, Wellness, and Corporate Sustainability at Creative Dining Services since 1995. In this role, Sheila focuses on creating dining programs that foster connections and support organizational objectives. Previous positions include Operations Director and Registered Dietitian at Yale New Haven Hospital from September 1993 to September 1994, as well as a Dietetic Intern at Cheshire Medical Center from September 1990 to September 1993. Sheila began formal education in dietetics at Quinnipiac University before transferring to Keene State College, where a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics was obtained between 1989 and 1991.
