Louis "Ike" Eichenlaub is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in criminal justice and management consulting. Currently serving as Assistant Program Manager at Creative Corrections, LLC since March 2021, Eichenlaub also holds the position of Criminal Justice Consultant, Expert Witness, and Leadership Coach at Oak Leaf Consulting, LLC since July 2020. Previous roles include Vice President at The Moss Group, Inc. and Correct Care Solutions, where Eichenlaub directed healthcare operations in correctional facilities. A former Deputy Director at the Federal Bureau of Prisons, overseeing operations for 121 institutions and managing a $6 billion budget, Eichenlaub has also served as Warden at multiple federal correctional institutions. Eichenlaub holds a Master of Arts in Criminal Justice from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish Language and Literature from Gettysburg College, along with ongoing studies at Georgetown University for a Certificate in Leadership Coaching.
